What should a Buyer do first?
- Decide how much you can spend. If you haven't talked with a banker yet, find one...NOW.
- Contact me if you haven't already. I will give you a list of bankers.
- Once the banker tells you the amount of loan you have been pre-approved for, it's time for the fun part! Let's go look at houses!
